Senior Process Analyst (Operations / Validation / Governance)

Overview

Execution-focused Senior Process Analyst responsible for running and governing validation workflows, ensuring SLA adherence, audit readiness, and continuous process improvement within a structured, compliance-driven environment.

Must Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, process execution, workflow management, or service delivery
  • Strong experience working in case-based / ticketing / workflow-driven environments
  • Experience applying SOPs, policies, and decision logic to complex or ambiguous cases
  • Hands-on experience with escalation handling and issue resolution
  • Strong documentation skills with focus on audit-ready, defensible outputs
  • Experience tracking and managing SLAs, backlog, and turnaround time
  • Ability to work independently in a structured, high-accountability environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in validation, compliance, governance, audit, or IAM workflows
  • Experience with operational reporting, dashboards, and metrics
  • Familiarity with enterprise workflow / case management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
  • Exposure to AI-assisted workflows or decision-support tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day execution of validation workflows across assigned queues
  • Apply defined criteria, SOPs, and decision frameworks to evaluate submissions
  • Handle escalations, exceptions, and ambiguous cases with clear resolution paths
  • Ensure all outputs are accurately documented and audit-ready
  • Monitor workflow performance, SLAs, backlog, and recurring issue trends
  • Support reporting, service reviews, and governance discussions with stakeholders
  • Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvements
  • Support onboarding, training, and calibration of team members
