Senior Product Manager – Internal Data & Reporting Applications
Overview
Seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of a critical internal planning and finance application. This role will drive the development of a next-generation platform that transforms data from multiple sources into actionable reporting and business insights. The ideal candidate has experience building custom internal applications, translating complex business needs into product requirements, and partnering closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering custom-built internal applications
- Experience building data-driven products that aggregate, transform, and present data from multiple sources
- Strong background defining reporting and analytics requirements from ambiguous business needs
- Proven ability to translate business problems into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams through the full product lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership and executive teams
- Ability to operate independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with evolving requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting production, operations, planning, or tracking applications
- Exposure to finance, forecasting, budgeting, or reporting-focused systems
- Familiarity with SQL, data analysis, or business intelligence tools
- Experience managing products with complex reporting and data transformation workflows
