Program/Project Manager-Mid-Level
Position Overview: Seeking a mid-level Project/Program Manager to support enterprise technology programs across product, engineering, operations, vendor partners, and business stakeholders. This role requires an organized, proactive delivery professional who can manage multiple workstreams, track timelines and dependencies, support planning through deployment, and provide clear status updates in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise technology programs involving platform implementations, system integrations, and operational transformation initiatives.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, operations, vendor teams, and business stakeholders to support alignment and delivery.
- Create and maintain project schedules, RAID logs, roadmap updates, resource plans, status reports, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate discovery sessions, requirements gathering, UAT, deployment planning, rollout readiness, and post-launch stabilization.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships throughout solution evaluation, implementation, delivery, and ongoing support.
- Identify blockers, resolve escalations, and keep cross-functional teams focused on business priorities and delivery goals.
Must-Haves
- 5-10 years of project management or program management experience supporting enterprise technology initiatives.
- Experience leading software implementations, platform integrations, or SaaS delivery programs.
- Cross-functional leadership experience working with product, engineering, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects or workstreams in a highly matrixed environment.
- Hands-on experience with project governance, status reporting, RAID tracking, roadmap execution, and stakeholder communications.
- Strong risk, issue, dependency, escalation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience supporting requirements gathering, workflow analysis, UAT coordination, deployment planning, and post-launch support.
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP certification or equivalent project/program delivery experience.
