Senior Product Manager – Consent Management, Data Governance & Analytics

Position Summary

Seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead technology initiatives focused on consent management, data governance, privacy, and analytics. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong product management, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management experience who can independently drive initiatives from planning through implementation.

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager leading cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Strong experience gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business and product requirements.
  • Experience with Consent Management Platforms (CMP), preferably OneTrust.
  • Knowledge of data governance, data privacy, and compliance initiatives.
  • Experience delivering analytics and reporting solutions.
  • Understanding of privacy regulations and consent management practices.
  • Experience working in data-driven product environments.
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams to deliver technology solutions and product enhancements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities, coordinating approvals, and driving projects through completion.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and prioritize requirements with business, privacy, and compliance stakeholders.
  • Manage product enhancements and configuration activities for consent management platforms.
  • Translate business needs into product requirements and engineering deliverables.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams throughout development, testing, and implementation.
  • Coordinate stakeholder discussions, secure approvals, and ensure alignment on deliverables.
  • Support analytics and reporting initiatives involving consent and governance data.
  • Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables while providing leadership updates.
  • Independently manage assigned initiatives and drive them to successful completion.
