Project Manager – Technology & Operations

Seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple technology and operational initiatives simultaneously. This role requires someone who can wear multiple hats, work across technical and business teams, manage competing priorities, and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.

This is not a traditional Project Manager role focused solely on schedules and status reporting. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing everything from technology delivery and infrastructure coordination to vendors, procurement, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Must-Haves

  • Experience working across Engineering, Infrastructure, Architecture, Product, Operations, and business teams
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within technology/IT environments
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies
  • Experience managing project plans, timelines, budgets, forecasting, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Experience with technology procurement, hardware/software purchasing, and vendor coordination
  • Strong project governance, risk management, and executive reporting experience
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical teams, business partners, vendors, and leadership
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to identify problems, remove roadblocks, and drive projects through completion

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple technology and operational projects concurrently from planning through delivery.
  • Coordinate activities across technical, infrastructure, operational, and business teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and milestones.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure teams remain aligned on priorities and deliverables.
  • Coordinate technology procurement, vendors, hardware/software needs, and related project activities.
  • Establish appropriate project governance and provide clear visibility into project health, risks, financials, and dependencies.
  • Identify and resolve roadblocks while escalating critical issues when necessary.
  • Adapt project plans as business priorities and requirements change.
  • Provide clear project updates and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Education/Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • PMP, Scrum, Agile, or related project management certification
  • Experience managing technology projects within complex, high-volume operational environments

Interested candidates may submit their resumes online or call on 310-906-4780 for further information regarding the position.
