Note: This is a 100 % remote, contract-to-hire position. QNXT Benefit Configuration Manager

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Progressive experience configuring health plan benefits within QNXT or a comparable claims administration platform, including direct hands-on experience with QNXT.
  • Experience leading benefit configuration teams, supervisors, or operational functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial, and Exchange benefit designs and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Advanced understanding of QNXT architecture, benefit configuration logic, claims adjudication, accumulators, authorization rules, and product setup.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale benefit implementations and annual benefit maintenance initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive complex organizational initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Extensive hands-on experience with TriZetto QNXT.
  • Experience with the QNXT Configuration Management Tool (CMT) and Configuration Console Suite (QCS).
  • Working knowledge of SQL Server and data validation techniques.
  • Experience supporting enterprise health plan implementations, migrations, or platform transformation programs.
  • Lean Six Sigma, PMP, Agile, or another relevant process improvement or project management certification.
