Sr Product Manager – Internal Applications
Position Overview
Seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of a custom-built internal application supporting production finance, planning, data workflows, and reporting. This role requires someone who has owned internal business applications from requirements through delivery and can work closely with engineering teams to build scalable, data-driven products.
Must-Have Requirements
- Strong Product Manager experience with internal business applications.
- Hands-on experience building custom applications with engineering teams, not just configuring SaaS platforms.
- Experience with data-driven products involving multiple data sources, transformations, workflows, and reporting outputs.
- Ability to define reporting requirements directly within an application.
- Strong requirements gathering experience with ambiguous or incomplete stakeholder direction.
- Comfortable translating business problems into product requirements and delivery plans.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior or executive-level users.
- Self-starter who can drive clarity, ownership, and momentum with minimal direction.
Nice-to-Have Experience
- Experience in production, operations, production tracking, finance, or planning environments.
- Exposure to reporting-heavy systems or finance-related internal tools.
- SQL, BI, or analytics tool knowledge as an indicator of data fluency.
