System Configuration & Workflow Management

  • Configure and customize OnCore modules to support clinical trial operations, billing compliance, and business workflows.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of clinical calendars, financial structures, and system configurations.
  • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline clinical research processes.

System Integration, Testing & Validation

  • Partner with IT teams to support and optimize integrations between OnCore, Epic, Workday, and other enterprise systems.
  • Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, validation activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), and risk assessments.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and support ongoing platform performance and functionality.

Training & User Support

  • Develop and maintain user guides, SOPs, training materials, and other supporting documentation.
  • Deliver training to clinical research and operational staff on system functionality and best practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex OnCore-related questions and issues.

Core Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • 2-4+ years of software implementation experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience with OnCore CTMS.
  • Strong knowledge of OnCore CTMS, clinical research workflows, EHR systems, financial system integrations, and database tools such as SQL.
  • Proven project management, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work across clinical, operational, financial, and technical teams.

Ideal Candidate

  • Hands-on OnCore CTMS experience.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research operations and systems.
  • Experience supporting software implementations, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, training, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
