Title: Sales Representative- Wide Format Graphics/ Media
Location: On-Site/ Travel Based in Madison, WI

Type: Full Time Direct Hire
Salary: $60k base + commission (OTE 100k+)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Regional Sales Representative to support and grow our wide format digital media business across the Midwest. This role focuses on selling printable media products used for large-format graphics applications, including adhesive-backed vinyl, photo paper, and other specialty substrates. Many applications include over-lamination to protect graphics from sun exposure and extend durability. This is a niche but growing segment within the wide format graphics industry.
Product & Market Context
Wide format digital media is used by virtually anyone producing or displaying graphics, with adhesive-backed vinyl being the most common material. Approximately 20% of applications require over-lamination. While the company is well known for laminating and over-laminating solutions, its media product line-introduced within the last five years-represents a significant growth opportunity and access to a much broader portion of the overall market.
Sales Territory & Location
- Territory: Midwest (Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa)
- Base Office: Madison, WI
- This role requires frequent field travel throughout the territory
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing book of business
- Develop new customer relationships and generate new revenue
- Execute geographic canvassing strategies, including multi-stop prospecting trips
- Build long-term partnerships with small to large commercial printing companies
- Primary sales focus on wide format media products
- Secondary responsibility to sell laminating equipment (training provided)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience or exposure to wide format digital media, such as adhesive vinyl, photo paper, or other printable substrates
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable engaging with customers in person
- Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn a technical product line
- Education: Associate degree or some college coursework preferred; equivalent experience considered

Compensation
- Base salary: $60,000-$70,000
- Commission: additional earnings with realistic six-figure total compensation potential
