Relationship Manager to $105K – Join a Premier Wealth Management Team!
Our client, a well-established wealth management firm, is seeking a Relationship Manager to provide high-level client service and operational support to a senior investment professional and their client base. This position plays a critical role in coordinating client communications, managing account administration, and serving as a trusted liaison among clients and their advisors. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of experience in wealth management, investments, or financial services client support, along with a polished and service-driven approach.

- Responsibilities include serving as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests; coordinating meetings, correspondence, and relationship management activities; facilitating account openings, transfers, cash movements, and ongoing account maintenance; collaborating with external partners such as attorneys, accountants, and custodians; preparing client reports, presentation materials, and operational documentation; supporting quarterly and annual financial administration processes; maintaining accurate records and ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal procedures.
- The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of experience in wealth management, investments, or financial services administration; strong client service and relationship-building skills with a white-glove mindset; ability to manage multiple priorities and provide exceptional organizational support; experience working with high-net-worth clients and professional advisors preferred; excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail; proficiency handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
