Executive/Personal Assistant to $130K+ Bonus – Become the Trusted Right Hand to a High-Performing Executive!
Our client, a rapidly growing service organization with a significant East Coast presence, is seeking an Executive/Personal Assistant to provide seamless support to a senior executive across both business and personal responsibilities. This role will oversee complex scheduling, travel coordination, household operations, and special projects while ensuring priorities stay on track in a fast-moving environment. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives or high-net-worth individuals and thrives in situations that require urgency, sound judgment, and discretion.
Position Details:
- Location: Southport, CT
- Work Model: In-office
- Degree: Not Required
- Responsibilities include managing an executive’s highly active and evolving calendar; coordinating domestic travel, transportation, reservations, and related logistics; serving as a liaison for personal and household matters, including vendor coordination and estate support; overseeing household inventory, purchases, and special requests; planning personal and professional events and gifting initiatives; supporting family-related needs as directed; and developing organized processes that improve efficiency across both business and personal operations.
- The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of executive or personal assistant experience supporting senior leaders or high-net-worth individuals; demonstrated success managing competing priorities and confidential matters in fast-paced environments; exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel; the judgment and initiative to anticipate needs and act independently; flexibility to respond to urgent matters outside traditional business hours; and a high level of professionalism, discretion, and accountability.
