Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a leading law firm in Los Angeles to hire two experienced Litigation Legal Secretaries. Interested candidates are encouraged to reply to this posting with an updated resume; those selected for next steps in our process will be contacted by a recruiter.
This is a great opportunity to join a sophisticated litigation team supporting attorneys across commercial litigation, employment, and other complex matters, including IP and antitrust. The firm is looking for candidates who can step in confidently, take ownership of their workload, and provide strong day-to-day support from the start.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years of litigation legal secretary experience
- Strong defense-side litigation experience
- Commercial litigation and/or employment experience preferred
- NetDocs experience required
- Experience with calendaring, court filings, document preparation, case support, and attorney coordination
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a busy law firm environment
Position details:
- Fully onsite in Downtown Los Angeles, CA
- Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM PT
- Pay: $50-$58/hour, depending on experience
- Temporary opportunity with potential for permanent conversion
- Potential permanent salary range: $94K-$120K
