- MUST have strong experience with AutoCAD – layering, adding dimensions, etc.
- Strong communication skills (usually this is where candidates come up short)

Job Description:
General Purpose
Responsible for developing store plans for developing interior design plans using AutoCAD and critical thinking skills.
Qualifications And Special Skills Required
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Industrial Design or related field; or equivalent experience in space planning
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- 2 years of practical space planning experience
- Ability to utilize data to drive space planning decisions
- Gather, summarize, prepare and analyze store specific unit data
- Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
Essential Functions
- Evaluation of proposed retail environments for operational compliance to include but not limited to stock and merchandise handling, loss prevention and store operations
- Maintain a current, accurate and up-to-date project file. Both drawings and all correspondence.
- Work in conjunction with construction and other Ross departments in all phases of the project from inception to completion.
- Responsible for keeping current on computer network system and related peripherals.
- Other duties as assigned.
