Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer
We are seeking a hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer to support ongoing enhancements, performance improvements, debugging, and post-migration support for a personal auto insurance platform. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of assigned work, deliver independently, and collaborate effectively in a distributed Agile environment.
Must-Haves
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter and GOSU.
- Strong Core Java/J2EE development experience.
- Experience with cloud technologies, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Jenkins.
- Database experience with SQL Server; MongoDB experience is acceptable.
- Experience working in an insurance or enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, debug, and support Guidewire PolicyCenter applications.
- Work on performance improvements and ongoing platform stability.
- Support post-migration enhancements for a personal auto line of business.
- Participate in Agile development with 2-week sprint cycles.
- Collaborate with onshore and offshore engineering teams.
- Take ownership of assigned work and deliver independently with minimal supervision.
