Overview:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical professional to support a growing team focused on maintaining and enhancing a business-critical application. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, working with data, and building logic-driven solutions in a structured environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Maintain and update business rules within an internal application
• Translate business needs into logical workflows and system configurations
• Analyze data and troubleshoot issues across systems and datasets
• Work with internal teams to gather requirements and support ongoing enhancements
• Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of updates
• Support database-related tasks and data integrity efforts
• Participate in Agile-based development cycles

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with data, logic, or systems (Excel, SQL, or similar tools is a plus)
• Ability to understand how systems, products, or workflows connect
• Comfortable learning new tools and working in a structured environment
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Exposure to business systems, application support, or technical environments preferred

Nice to Have (not required):

• Experience with configuration tools, business rules, or logic-based systems
• Basic understanding of databases or querying data
• Familiarity with testing or QA processes
• Exposure to Agile or SDLC environments
