Field IT Support Technician

Location: Will travel to different sites in the greater Philadelphia area (Must use own car)
Duration: 3-6+ months
Provide hands-on support across a variety of IT initiatives, assisting with deployments, hardware setups, and day-to-day technical support needs. This role requires flexibility to support multiple projects and work environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support IT-related projects as assigned
- Travel to various work sites as needed
- Perform computer deployments, including setup and configuration
- Manage and respond to support tickets in a timely manner
- Assist with hardware installations, system rollouts, and equipment moves
- Provide on-site technical support during deployments and upgrades
- Responsibilities may vary based on project scope and business needs
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in IT support
- Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment supporting multiple projects
