Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain cybersecurity controls for OT and industrial automation environments within manufacturing facilities
- Secure and monitor Process Control Networks (PCN) supporting PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and related industrial systems
- Support cybersecurity hardening efforts across OT networks, including segmentation, network zoning, access controls, and monitoring
- Collaborate with engineering, controls, manufacturing, and IT teams to align OT security with production requirements and safety standards
- Identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity risks impacting OT systems and plant-floor operations
- Support vulnerability management and risk assessments in OT environments, using OT-safe assessment methods
- Respond to and investigate OT cybersecurity incidents, coordinating remediation with plant and engineering teams
- Support compliance with applicable frameworks and standards such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and internal security policies
- Assist with secure architecture design for new manufacturing systems, automation upgrades, and plant expansions
- Maintain documentation related to OT security architecture, PCN design, and operational procedures
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, with direct responsibility for security engineering, operations, or architecture
- Hands-on experience securing Operational Technology (OT) environments in manufacturing or industrial settings
- Demonstrated experience working with Process Control Networks (PCN)
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems, including PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and HMIs
- Experience with network segmentation, firewalls, and monitoring solutions in industrial or OT networks
- Knowledge of the differences between IT and OT cybersecurity, including availability and safety considerations
- Experience collaborating with controls engineers, plant operations, and manufacturing stakeholders
