An excellent full-service law firm located in Wilmington, DE is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Process payroll and maintain payroll records
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Maintain the general ledger and record journal entries
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
  • Handle month-end and year-end close processes
  • Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
  • Prepare documentation for audits and assist with tax filings
  • Utilize accounting software to track and report financial activity
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
