An excellent full-service law firm located in Wilmington, DE is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Process payroll and maintain payroll records
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Maintain the general ledger and record journal entries
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
- Handle month-end and year-end close processes
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare documentation for audits and assist with tax filings
- Utilize accounting software to track and report financial activity
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records
