AI Governance
Seeking an engineer with experience supporting AI/ML and Generative AI solutions in production environments. This role focuses on ensuring AI systems are explainable, documented, monitored, compliant, and ready for audit.
Must Have:
- 5+ years of AI/ML, MLOps, Data Governance, or AI Engineering experience
- Python
- Azure AI, Azure ML, or Azure AI Foundry
- Microsoft Fabric and/or Purview
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, or Agentic AI
- Experience with AI governance, model monitoring, explainability, risk controls, or compliance
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub or Azure DevOps)
Nice to Have:
- SHAP or Explainable AI (XAI)
- Data lineage and metadata management
- Insurance, healthcare, or financial services experience
