Location: Hayden, ID (On Site)
Job Type: Direct Hire, Full Time
Compensation: $110,000-$130,000 DOE
Reports To: Senior Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client relationships, and overall project execution to ensure successful delivery while maintaining quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate is a proactive construction professional who can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate confidently with clients and trade partners, and take full ownership of project performance from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects through all phases of construction, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are achieved.
- Partner closely with Superintendents to provide the tools, information, drawings, and resources needed for successful project execution.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
- Solicit, evaluate, and manage subcontractors and vendors.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, cost tracking, billing, forecasting, and overall profitability.
- Process RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Conduct site visits and maintain strong communication with project teams, clients, subcontractors, architects, and consultants.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, contract requirements, company policies, and quality expectations.
- Build and maintain strong client and industry relationships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of project management experience within residential or commercial construction.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, budgeting, scheduling, and contract administration.
- Experience managing project budgets, billing, forecasting, and overall project P&L.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction scheduling software.
