An established company is looking for a senior-level accounting professional to support financial reporting, operational analysis, and strategic planning initiatives. Responsibilities include overseeing complex accounting activities, assisting with financial reviews and audits, contributing to budgeting and forecasting efforts, and identifying opportunities to strengthen reporting accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate combines technical accounting knowledge with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to collaborate across departments.

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline preferred
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting best practices
  • Experience supporting periodic close activities, account reconciliations, and financial review processes
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet applications and financial systems, with the ability to analyze large data sets
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities with a focus on accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with experience collaborating across teams
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to process consistency and continuous improvement

  • Financial reporting and performance analysis
  • Budgeting, forecasting, and variance review
  • Audit preparation and compliance support
  • General ledger and month-end accounting functions
  • Internal controls and process enhancement initiatives
  • ERP systems and financial software utilization
  • Documentation, reporting, and operational decision support
  • Identifying efficiencies through process optimization and automation
  • CPA or CMA required, or in the process of acquiring
