Senior Site IT Analyst

This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining reliable and secure technology services that support manufacturing operations, business functions, laboratory environments, and end users.

The position provides technical support for infrastructure, networks, desktops, manufacturing systems, and enterprise applications while serving as a trusted IT partner to site leadership and business stakeholders. The successful candidate will troubleshoot complex technical issues, coordinate with vendors and corporate IT teams, and contribute to site technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency and system reliability.

Required:

• 5+ years of IT infrastructure, desktop support, systems administration, or site IT experience.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, pharmaceutical, life sciences, distribution, logistics, industrial, or other operational environments required.
• Strong experience supporting Windows operating systems, desktop hardware, printers, and end-user technologies.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, switches, wireless networks, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Active Directory, collaboration tools, and endpoint management technologies.
• Familiarity with servers, storage, virtualization, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Experience managing and escalating technical incidents through resolution.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a structured approach to problem solving.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with local and remote teams.
