Location – Remote EST
Position Description
- Lead business analysis activities for ERP transformation initiatives, including migration from PeopleSoft to Workday, Oracle Fusion, SAP, or other cloud-based ERP platforms.
- Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and define future-state business processes.
- Develop functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and solution documentation that align business needs with technology solutions.
- Lead source-to-target data mapping, data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and data quality efforts across ERP migration programs.
- Analyze PeopleSoft data structures and business processes to identify data gaps, transformation rules, conversion risks, and downstream impacts.
- Collaborate with implementation partners, integration teams, reporting teams, and enterprise architects to ensure successful ERP modernization and data governance outcomes.
- Support mock conversions, testing cycles, cutover planning, and post-conversion validation activities.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience supporting enterprise applications and business transformation initiatives.
- Strong SQL, reporting, and data analysis skills.
- Strong techno-functional experience with ERP platforms and large-scale system implementations.
- Hands-on experience with data mapping, data conversion, data migration, data reconciliation, and data quality management.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Experience with ERP reporting, analytics, data governance, and business process improvement.
- Excellent communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
