Location: 1 day/week on site, 4 days/week remote
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Support change requests, enhancements, and project initiatives.
- Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Provide production support, issue investigation, and root cause analysis.
- Track requirements and project progress through the project lifecycle.
- Review test plans and validate solutions against requirements.
- Research and recommend solutions based on business and data analysis.
- Develop knowledge of healthcare payer systems and technologies.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience (gathering requirements and documenting workflows/processes)
- Enterprise level experience is a must – Ability to work in a very fast-paced, enterprise environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote).
- Experience creating process flows (Visio or similar tools).
