Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in a service, manufacturing, repair, or technical support environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the flexibility to support a variety of responsibilities, including documentation, equipment setup, test fixtures, and cross-site support.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to provide virtual technical support and maintain accurate documentation.
Desired Skills:
Experience with documentation in SAP
Experience in Manufacturing
Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project:
Must have at least 2 or more years’ experience within the service or manufacturing industry. This role will support a critical business separation initiative as the company separates by year-end. The individual will work closely with the Senior Service Engineer and the broader Services team, helping to manage separation-related activities while providing day-to-day technical support. Responsibilities include repairing and setting up products, maintaining service records and transactions in SAP, and working hands-on with power tools and handpieces. The role may also assist with tooling design and other process improvement initiatives as needed.
