Required Skills:

1+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions, Concatenation formulas, Pivot Tables, Data filtering and Data sorting

Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow established processes, checklists, and documentation requirements.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across business, IT, finance, legal, procurement, and project management teams.

Ability to analyze large data sets and identify missing, incorrect, or incomplete information.

Experience verifying documentation against defined requirements and ensuring compliance with established guidelines.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of audits and reviews.

Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

Desired Skills:

Experience working in higher education.

Previous experience in healthcare auditing, patient account analysis, medical records review, or revenue cycle operations.

This role will be responsible for validating account information, ensuring documentation is complete, and updating records based on established checklists and guidelines. Candidates should have strong attention to detail and be comfortable working with large datasets in Excel, including using functions such as VLOOKUPs, concatenation, and pivot tables. This position is ideal for someone with experience in data review, record verification, or administrative support within a high-volume environment.
