Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in IT project management including ownership of project plans, stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery execution.
3+ years of experience leading or supporting PMO governance, transformation initiatives, and portfolio management processes.
Strong experience with project and portfolio management tools, with proficiency in Wrike or Monday.com.
Experience utilizing Power BI dashboards for portfolio reporting, project tracking, KPI monitoring, and leadership-level reporting.
Proficient in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations using tools such as Wrike, MS Project, and Monday.com.
Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine both business and technical requirements.
Experience with translating requirements into actionable tasks and ensuring ongoing alignment with project milestones and objectives.
Proficient in applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, selecting the appropriate framework based on project needs.
Experience identifying project risks, developing mitigation strategies, managing issues proactively, and maintaining project stability.
Ability to provide regular status updates, including dashboards, progress reports, and executive‑level summaries tailored to various audiences.
Experience facilitating project meetings, driving clarity, alignment, and communication across cross‑functional teams.
Ability to manage release schedules and deployment plans, ensuring adherence to change control and compliance processes throughout delivery.
Desired Skills:
PMP Certification
Experience using AI tools
Experience working in the hospitality industry.
Masters Degree in an IT
Description of Role/Responsibilities: Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented Governance Project Manager to join our enterprise client. Main responsibilities will include driving governance, portfolio management, and process improvement initiatives across strategic technology projects. This role will oversee the administration of Wrike, maintain and enhance Power BI reporting dashboards, and provide portfolio-level insights to support executive decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in IT governance project management, PMO transformation, and stakeholder engagement, with experience supporting large-scale strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
