Job Type: Temporary position through staffing firm, potential to go perm
Compensation: $24-$27 hourly
Position Summary
Our client is seeking a polished, highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of a financial technology center. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, this individual will play a critical role in ensuring tenants, vendors, and visitors receive exceptional service while helping maintain the property’s reputation for excellence.
The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and proactive, with outstanding communication skills and a strong sense of ownership. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment, exercises sound judgment, follows through on every detail, and takes pride in delivering a first-class experience through responsive communication, organization, and administrative support. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, service requests, and general property communications.
- Answer incoming calls and manage a high volume of email correspondence.
- Provide administrative support to the Property Manager and onsite management team.
- Draft, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, notices, reports, and communications.
- Coordinate vendor communications, work orders, and service requests.
- Maintain property records, files, and operational documentation.
- Track outstanding requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing calendars.
- Support invoice processing and general office administration.
- Help maintain a first-class experience for tenants, visitors, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative, office support, customer service, property management, or related experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Advanced Microsoft Word experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Experience in commercial property management, real estate, facilities, hospitality, or professional services environments preferred.
- Experience with Performo and Prism preferred, but not required.
