A Beacon Hill client is seeking an experienced Senior AP Manager to assess and stabilize Accounts Payable operations, restore process controls, and reduce operational risk. This individual will play a key role in evaluating current AP practices.
- Location: New Jersey
- Position Type: Contract
- Schedule: Hybrid (3-4 days onsite per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a comprehensive review of AP processes, including invoice intake, approval workflows, payment scheduling, and recurring payments.
- Identify and resolve root causes of missed payments, vendor issues, and service disruptions.
- Re-establish reliable recurring payment procedures and strengthen approval and control measures.
- Reduce the day-to-day AP burden currently being absorbed by the VP of Finance
