This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional enterprise environment to gather and document business and system requirements and provide application support for a key organizational project initiatives and systems. The successful Business Systems Analyst will work closely with business stakeholders leading requirements sessions to understand various system needs and coordinate with various technology teams as well. This person will document business requirements and also coordinate with technical teams to drive requirements through the process. If you are looking for a new role where you can be both functional and technical and to work on key systems for a stable, growing company, then this is the role for you.

2+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst role

Experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements is required

Needs to be technically curious and highly analytical and someone who likes to solve problems

Needs to be someone who likes to figure out how things work

Must be able to write detailed documentation

Experience with application support or some type of technical experience is ideal

Experience in facilitating and leading requirements meetings is required

Experience with SQL queries is ideal

Experience with Jira or similar tools is ideal

Must have the ability and willingness to learn new things and take direction

Must have strong knowledge of the SDLC process

Experience writing various forms of documentation including user stories is ideal

Ideally would have experience working in both Waterfall and Agile environments

Must have disciplined, structured approach to business requirements gathering

Must be driven and be a self-motivated individual

Must be able to deal with business stakeholders and technical teams at various levels within an enterprise organization

Must be collaborative and pick up on new things quickly
