Openings: ~5 Instructional Designers, ~3 Facilitators

Overview

We are supporting a large‑scale integration initiative tied to upcoming integrations and are seeking multiple Instructional Designers (IDs) and Training Facilitators to help design, develop, and deliver enablement solutions across the organization. These resources will play a key role in translating integration requirements into effective learning experiences that support business readiness and adoption.

Key Responsibilities – Instructional Designers

  • Design and develop engaging learning solutions aligned to integration goals, timelines, and business needs
  • Create instructor‑led training (ILT), virtual ILT, and supporting learning materials (guides, job aids, presentations, etc.)
  • Partner with SMEs, business stakeholders, and project teams to gather requirements and translate content into structured training
  • Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles across all deliverables
  • Iterate on materials based on stakeholder feedback and program updates

Key Responsibilities – Training Facilitators

  • Deliver instructor‑led and virtual training sessions to diverse audiences supporting integration efforts
  • Facilitate discussions, activities, and exercises to reinforce learning objectives
  • Manage class logistics, learner engagement, and Q&A during live sessions
  • Provide feedback and insights to improve training content and delivery approaches
  • Support train‑the‑trainer and rollout activities as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Instructional Designer and/or Training Facilitator in a corporate or enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and structured training delivery
  • Experience working in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven programs (integrations or large initiatives preferred)
  • Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with SMEs, project teams, and leadership
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting large‑scale integrations, transformations, or enterprise rollouts
  • Familiarity with common authoring tools and learning platforms
  • Prior work in telecom, technology, or highly matrixed organizations
