Primary Responsibilities:
- Process biweekly and semi-monthly payroll across multiple states, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
* Perform end-to-end payroll tasks including deductions, garnishments, taxation, off-cycle runs, and year-end processing. - Managed full-cycle recruitment efforts, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
- Educated employees on HR policies, procedures, and workplace standards to support compliance and promote a positive employee experience.
Job Requirements:
- * Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
* Proficiency with HRIS, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information (PII/PHI).
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to shifting business needs.
