Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a Georgia‑based residential real estate closing practice to hire an experienced Pre‑Closing Specialist for its Peachtree City or Newnan office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced residential real estate environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping transactions moving smoothly toward the closing table. This opportunity is direct hire, full-time, and onsite.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary point of contact for real estate agents and transaction coordinators to ensure all pre‑closing documentation is received timely
- Communicate with loan officers and loan processors regarding title documents and lender requirements
- Work closely with the title attorney to help clear title issues
- Gather, process, and upload contracts and transaction documents in Qualia
- Complete daily pre‑closing workflows and task management within Qualia
- Order, receive, and review HOA letters, estoppels, and payoff statements
- Coordinate closings with all parties and send meeting RSVPs
- Prepare, send, receive, and review Power of Attorney documents
- Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining high accuracy and exceptional client service
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of hands‑on residential closing experience (law firm or title setting required)
- Strong understanding of pre‑closing procedures and residential transaction workflows
- Excellent communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple files
