Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Corporate Paralegal with a strong background in corporate law within a law firm environment. The position requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience. Candidates with at least three years of relevant corporate paralegal experience and a Paralegal Certificate are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist with corporate documents, filings, and related materials
- Work directly with attorneys and clients throughout corporate transactions and closings
- Conduct research on corporate entities, ownership structures, and related matters
- Support attorneys on a wide range of corporate transactions and ongoing corporate matters
- Prepare and manage UCC filings and conduct UCC searches
- Navigate Secretary of State procedures and other governmental agency requirements
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed
Education & Experience
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 3+ years of relevant corporate paralegal experience in a law firm setting preferred
- Paralegal Certificate preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of corporate legal principles and processes
- Excellent critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional communication skills for interacting with attorneys, clients, and third parties
- Proficiency with technology tools used to support attorneys and clients
- Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft Office 365, and Microsoft Outlook
