Beacon Hill Legal is working with a reputable law firm on a Defense Trial Paralegal role. This role requires an undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience. A minimum of five years of relevant paralegal experience is preferred, along with a Paralegal Certificate. Prior hands‑on trial experience is required, and candidates must be able to demonstrate experience supporting attorneys in the courtroom.

• Competency in hybrid work environments
• Proficiency with technology tools used to support attorneys and clients
• Knowledge of eDiscovery rules, processes, and procedures
• Experience using eDiscovery document review platforms
• Prior trial attendance and familiarity with trial presentation software (required; additional trial software experience is a plus)
• Willingness to assist team members with long‑term projects and urgent deadlines

Position Details
