Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Concierge Representative. This role supports guest services operations at a large property by providing exceptional customer service to visitors, tenants, and event guests.
Assignment Details
Hours: Rotating schedule based on property operating hours
Shift examples may include:
- Opener: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Mid: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Closer: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Weekend and evening availability required as part of the rotation.
Pay Rate: $18-$20/hour
Work Environment: Onsite
Parking: Available
Equipment: Standard office equipment and Microsoft Office tools provided
Training: On-the-job training
Position Summary
The Concierge Representative serves as the main point of contact for guests and tenants visiting the property. This role focuses on delivering high-level customer service, assisting guests with requests, and providing information about local businesses, events, and services. The ideal candidate is personable, resourceful, and able to think quickly while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Guest & Customer Experience
- Serve as the primary host for visitors and tenants on property
- Provide directions, recommendations, and information about local attractions, retailers, restaurants, and services
- Assist guests with reservations, travel arrangements, tickets, and other concierge-style services
- Respond to guest inquiries and manage requests in a timely and professional manner
Property & Event Support
- Maintain a visible presence on property and assist guests throughout the space
- Support events and activities occurring on property as needed
- Help ensure guests have a positive and memorable experience while visiting
Operations & Communication
- Communicate with vendors, retailers, and local businesses to coordinate services and guest requests
- Research and recommend activities, dining, or services in the surrounding area
- Maintain organized records and communicate updates to internal teams when needed
- Assist with special requests and new initiatives that enhance the guest experience
Candidate Profile
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Strong customer service background required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Evening and weekend availability required
- Must be willing to obtain a local pouring license for event support if required
