The Vendor Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for completing all routine tasks on schedule and to department standards. This role manages the full lifecycle of vendor setup, including creating and updating vendor profiles in the Munis system and verifying tax identification information. The coordinator communicates vendor requirements to internal teams and external partners, performs IRS TIN matching, reviews vendor documentation, and ensures all records are accurate and current. They play a key role in maintaining the integrity of the vendor database by uploading correct information and keeping vendor data up to date.
