Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract – Immediate Need)
Beacon Hill Financial is hiring an AP Specialist for a 2-3 month contract with an ASAP start for a client of ours in the Gaylord, MN area. This is a great opportunity for someone who can jump in quickly and keep things moving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Location: Gaylord, MN (100% onsite, flexible hours)
Pay: $25-$29/hr (DOE)
What you’ll do:
* Process high-volume invoices (up to ~100/day) in an ERP system (SAP preferred)
* Review and code invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper approvals
* Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies
* Communicate with vendors to address questions and outstanding items
* Assist with month-end close (accruals, reclasses, reporting support)
* Maintain organized records and support special projects as needed
What we’re looking for:
* 2+ years of AP experience in an ERP environment
* Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
* Detail-oriented, quick learner, and able to work independently
* Manufacturing experience is a plus
