Instructional Designer II
Location: Charlotte, NC
Duration: Contract
Interview Process: Two rounds
Overview
This role supports a sales-focused organization by designing and maintaining high-quality training content for new and existing team members. The Instructional Designer will partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop engaging learning experiences across multiple formats, supporting a variety of complex product offerings in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Design and develop instructor-led training (ILT), eLearning modules, and video-based learning content
- Update and maintain portions of an existing new hire training program
- Create detailed facilitator guides as part of ILT development efforts
- Utilize enterprise content authoring tools (training provided as needed)
- Apply established instructional design standards while working independently and managing multiple deliverables
- Engage regularly with stakeholders, including senior-level partners, to gather requirements and ensure alignment
- Demonstrate strong project ownership, organization, and the ability to operate autonomously
