Job Description:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain non‑embedded software across the full lifecycle in compliance with industry, customer, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Translate customer and system requirements into software architectures, designs, algorithms, and interfaces supporting complex mission systems.
- Develop, enhance, integrate, and optimize software to support mission computing, system integration, and operational performance.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues to ensure reliability, efficiency, and user satisfaction.
- Support software process improvements, research and development efforts, and technical collaboration across cross‑functional system teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience, including strong coding skills in C++.
- Currently Active Secret Clearance or Higher
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree
- Working knowledge of Ada and an understanding of hardware configuration and system‑level interactions.
- Demonstrated experience with mission systems, with depth beyond entry‑level exposure.
- Must possess at least two of the following: mission planning/mission computing, operating systems development, software integration, radar systems, or aerospace systems experience.
- Experience supporting complex defense or international programs (e.g., NATO‑aligned efforts) is highly preferred.
