Location: 5 days/week on site King of Prussia, PA
The IT Support Technician provides day‑to‑day technical support to end users through a combination of remote assistance, phone support, and in‑person troubleshooting when needed. This role focuses on resolving common hardware, software, and application issues while efficiently managing a high volume of support tickets as part of a team‑based service desk environment.
Required:
– 1+ year of IT support experience.
