What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by managing accounts with accuracy and care
- Coordinate logistics and shipping activities, including preparing Bills of Lading and scheduling pickups
- Accurately process customer orders within our shipping systems to ensure timely fulfillment
- Proactively reach out to customers to verify inventory levels and product availability
- Review and reconcile freight invoices, resolving discrepancies efficiently
- Prepare and maintain reports, records, and operational data to support business decisions
- Serve as a first point of contact for inbound customer inquiries-resolving issues and delivering top-tier service
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Team
- Generate customer invoices using QuickBooks and other billing systems
- Assist with month-end invoicing to ensure accuracy and completeness across financial records
