Our client, a global investment organization, is seeking a polished, highly capable Executive Assistant to support senior leaders within the infrastructure investment team. This is a heavier‑lift EA role designed for someone who thrives on complexity, anticipates issues before they arise, and takes real ownership of executive time. The role is ideal for a sharp, business‑savvy EA who enjoys untangling complex calendars, managing constant change, and operating with a high degree of autonomy. Hours are 8:30am-5:30pm with a hybrid 4/1 schedule and a work‑from‑anywhere period in August.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high‑level executive support to multiple Infrastructure investment professionals
  • Own complex, high‑volume calendar management with a forward‑looking mindset
  • Proactively scan calendars weeks and months ahead to flag conflicts and protect executive time
  • Block travel and key annual commitments well in advance, even before trips or conferences are confirmed
  • Coordinate frequent domestic and international travel with constant rebooking across time zones
  • Maintain transparency and alignment with internal and external stakeholders as schedules shift
  • Manage prioritization across competing demands, presenting well‑reasoned options when conflicts arise
  • Partner closely with a global EA network across Europe, the UK, and APAC
  • Translate informal executive requests into structured, executable plans
  • Prepare, update, and distribute presentations and meeting materials
  • Process expense reports accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications:

  • 3-6+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a fast‑paced professional environment
  • Strong background in calendar management and complex logistics
  • Comfortable working in an international, matrixed organization
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to prioritize and re‑prioritize quickly
  • Polished, confident communicator with strong executive presence
  • Tech‑savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and collaboration tools
  • Team‑oriented mindset with a “can‑do” attitude and strong follow‑through
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $127K-$130K base salary + discretionary bonus
  • 100% employer‑paid medical, dental, and vision coverage (majority covered for family as well)
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Lunch provided in office four days per week, drinks and snacks available daily
  • Generous PTO package
  • Work‑from‑anywhere August
  • Global offsites and firmwide trips
