Our client is seeking a polished, highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Value Creation team within a growth‑equity investment environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys traditional EA work, values strong work‑life balance, and wants to remain in an administrative career path long‑term rather than pursuing non‑EA growth tracks. Hours are 9:00am-5:00pm with light after‑hours awareness for emergencies only, and the role is fully onsite five days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive‑level administrative support to three senior leaders on the Value Creation team
  • Manage heavy, detail‑oriented calendar scheduling with multiple stakeholders
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
  • Prepare and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
  • Serve as a professional, client‑facing point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support CRM‑related tasks and light administrative projects for the Value Creation team as needed
  • Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
  • Partner with a collaborative EA team across offices to ensure seamless coverage
  • Proactively manage logistics and anticipate scheduling needs to support smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience
  • Background in any industry considered; financial services experience a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage volume and pace with a sense of urgency
  • Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
  • Comfortable working in a traditional, professional office environment
  • Bachelor’s degree not required

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Up to $125K-$135K base salary + discretionary bonus
  • Fully employer‑paid medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • $285/month wellness stipend (gym, ClassPass, or other health‑related expenses)
  • $75/month cell phone reimbursement
  • Catered lunch every Monday
  • Uber home after 6:30pm during daylight savings time
  • Pre‑tax commuter benefits
  • 401(k) plan (no employer match)
