Beacon Hill is partnering with a Chambers-recognized litigation firm with a long-standing national product liability practice to identify a litigation associate for its Pittsburgh office.

This opening supports a highly respected product liability partner whose practice remains consistently busy. Associates in this group handle sophisticated matters for manufacturers and other business clients, with meaningful responsibility from day one.

The attorney hired can expect to:

* Manage product liability and complex litigation matters from pleadings through trial
* Take and defend depositions and participate in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations
* Work directly with clients on risk management, compliance, recalls, and liability issues
* Play an active role in case strategy alongside experienced litigators

Ideal candidates will have:

* 4+ years of litigation experience
* Product liability, mass tort, personal injury, or other complex civil litigation experience
* Strong writing skills and meaningful deposition and courtroom exposure

This group is busy, collaborative, and offers a steady stream of sophisticated work. Associates are entrusted with significant responsibility, work closely with partners, and continue to develop as trial lawyers. Attorneys in the group typically bill in the 1,900-2,100 hour range, and the workflow has consistently supported those expectations.
