High-end, sophisticated boutique law firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join its Miami office.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of experience handling complex commercial litigation matters.
- Experience leading hearings and depositions and independently managing all phases of commercial litigation.
- Experience appearing in court and arguing substantive motions.
- Strong legal writing, analytical, strategic, and advocacy skills.
- A polished, professional, client-facing presence.
- Strong academic and professional credentials.
- Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced litigator who can confidently manage complex matters while working alongside seasoned attorneys on high-impact cases. The firm offers a collaborative environment that values professional growth and exceptional client service.
