Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Contract Patent Prosecution Paralegal to support all aspects of Information Disclosure Statements (IDS).
This position is fully remote but you MUST be local to Boston, MA.
Duration of the assignment is indefinite.
Responsibilities
- Review, categorize, and track U.S. and foreign prior art references
- Prepare and file IDS submissions with the USPTO and coordinate international equivalents
- Maintain accurate disclosure logs, reference databases, and docketing entries
- Monitor deadlines and manage IDS workflows across multiple applications
- Support attorneys with portfolio audits, cross‑citations, and prosecution strategy
