Our client is seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Contract Recruiter to support a large-scale hiring initiative within a growing manufacturing environment. This individual will play a key role in recruiting production talent while owning the candidate experience from application through onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound applicants through the ATS
• Screen, interview, and coordinate candidates for manufacturing and production openings
• Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
• Create offer letters and facilitate onboarding paperwork
• Initiate and track background checks and drug screens
• Conduct candidate follow-up throughout the hiring process
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding activities
• Review walk-in and paper applications
• Partner with HR on recruiting strategies, sourcing initiatives, and social media recruiting efforts
• Deliver a professional, “white glove” candidate experience from source to offer

Qualifications

Required

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• 1+ years of recruiting experience (2-5 years preferred)
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, CNC, or industrial positions
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

Preferred

• Experience with onboarding and orientation programs
• Experience using Cornerstone or a similar ATS
• Proficiency in Excel
