Contract Recruiter

We are seeking a results-driven Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives within a manufacturing environment. This role will partner with hiring managers to recruit skilled and entry-level talent across production, warehouse, maintenance, engineering, quality, and operational functions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing full-cycle recruitment, sourcing candidates, and supporting hiring efforts in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, production, warehouse, maintenance, quality, and engineering positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, networking, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system.
• Support workforce planning initiatives and hiring forecasts.
• Attend hiring events, job fairs, and community recruiting activities as needed.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers regarding candidate status and market conditions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations throughout the recruiting process.
