Position Summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a HR Assistant to support global HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. This role is responsible for managing HR processes, maintaining employee data integrity, optimizing Workday workflows, supporting service delivery, and driving process improvements that enhance the employee experience. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in HR operations within a fast-paced environment.

Position Details

  • Pay Rate: $22-24/Hr
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
  • Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee lifecycle transactions including onboarding, job changes, transfers, promotions, and terminations
  • Maintain and optimize Workday business process workflows
  • Ensure employee data accuracy, integrity, and compliance throughout the hire-to-retire lifecycle
  • Conduct regular audits and data quality reviews to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Partner with HR teams to implement operational processes and employee self-service solutions
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and key performance indicators to improve operational effectiveness
  • Create and maintain process documentation, procedures, and training materials
  • Support HR Service Center operations, including documentation management and service delivery monitoring
  • Resolve escalated HR inquiries by collaborating with HR stakeholders and Centers of Excellence
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and monitor service-level agreement performance
  • Lead process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, and employee experience enhancements
  • Participate in Workday testing, release management, and system enhancement activities
  • Support cross-functional projects and strategic HR initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 4+ years of HR Operations experience
  • Advanced proficiency with HCM systems, preferably Workday
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR operations
  • Experience maintaining employee records and ensuring data integrity
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
